This company calls regularly, stating there's an "urgent legal matter", and despite demands to cease calling, they continue.
Most recent call date and time was 12:06pm EDT on 09/23/20. I can research more if needed, but I just want them to never contact me again. I have no creditors to whom I am not meeting my obligations as agreed upon, nor do I have any legal issues that would involve any third parties (outside of myself and the justice system). Revdex.com, please help make them stop harassing people (and me, in this case). Thank you!

Company started calling me saying I opened an Acct in 2016 and was a skip,meaning I didn't pay and the acct is now in collections. Fraud
This company is accusing me of opening Credit Cards and not paying, saying they are a collection co trying to recover a debt for the client. They have my SS#. I informed them I have FRAUD alerts on my bureau and there is no way that would have happened.They answer the phone like a residence, not a legitimate business. Mr would not give the address just a P.O. Box 624 Atlanta, GA XXXXX This is some type of FRAUD ,,Say they will forward my info and take me to court, I adv them I will go to court to clear my name and I have no intentions of paying a debt I didn't create.

called my work re a debt-i asked for validation and he said no and asked to speak to my boss to find out how much I make and when my pay cycle is.
This company just called me at work about a "debt" from 2014 saying. A very rude guy told me if I dont pay them $462 they will be sending someone out to sue me. I asked him several times to lose his aggressive tone or I will be hanging up. When I asked him for some sort of verification of the debt he said they are not able to supply that to me without submitting a judgement against me. I told them that if that is what they need to do then go ahead. I will be doing my own research about this so called debt. He then said he will send me something if I make a payment arrangement first. I said ummm no I am not giving you any money without a verification. I said I will call the credit company myself and get to the bottom of this. He was very rude and aggressive and said that they no longer have the case and will not know what I am talking about and it is pointless to even call them. I need to settle and speak with them only. I said I would like to hear it from them and see what happens. If you need to send me to court in the mean time than I understand but I am not handing over any money until then. I then asked him to stop calling me work and gave him my cell. They then insisted to speak to my boss and said Im tired of arguing with you so let me talk to your boss so they can find out when I get paid and how much I make! I told them he was not in and unless they have a court order to deduct wages it is pointless to speak to him and if they call me again at work I will file a harassment complaint. They then said they will contact my boss on his personal cell. I said do what you got to do and then I hung up.
