Resolution Timeshare Cancellation (RTC) is the single, best option for individuals looking to free themselves from the shackling financial burden of timeshare ownership, bar none. I don't believe for a second that anyone else could've provided service of this caliber, efficiency, effectiveness and sheer heart the way this team did at their unbeatable price point. To briefly borrow from a classic, I don't know much about history, don't know much biology, don't know much about a science book, don't know much about the math I took, but I do know that when you can have a larger number on the bottom of a fraction, it means you can get a sweet deal...and what a wonderful world this would be.
We did our research before calling RTC, and had some initial hesitancy because of how new the company was on paper. Every last concern evaporated when I realized I wasn't listening to a salesperson; instead, I was speaking with experienced professionals. From the outset, before even signing any agreements, the knowledgeable professionals at RTC expressed true compassion for our dilemma. We found this a striking contrast to other agencies, whose slogans and on-boarding videos filmed with very bad green screens pitching compassion often left us feeling as though we'd done little more than listen to yet another salesperson. Not so with this team of dedicated individuals at RTC. They're all heart.
The RTC team was a world apart with unmatched responsiveness. Their team members often returned calls/emails or scheduled follow-ups within minutes to an hour, even going so far as to take our calls at odd hours for themselves in order to accommodate a significant timezone difference. You know who else accommodated our timezone? No one currently working anywhere else. They often called in follow-up to emails not only to make sure everyone stood on exactly the same page, but to make it clear you are so much more than just a number to them.
Transparency important to you? Sure is to us. RTC was entirely transparent about every step, twist, turn and dollar we could reasonably expect to pay, receive or lose from best to worst case scenarios, etc. I can't reiterate enough that all of this was available to us before ever signing any agreements. Their only concern was figuring out whether and how best they could help us. Before signing a contract, they never once asked how much was owed to the timeshare because it simply wasn't a detail that mattered to them. They only asked after we signed on with them to enable their having informed communication with the timeshare on our behalf.
After signing the contract agreement, payment was as simple and straightforward as it gets. Frankly, the only "problem" we faced was our own laxity: we were slow with completing the simple, though necessary paperwork required to set the team at RTC on the path to resolution. Once we'd gotten that step out of the way, the whole process was over before I could even process the fact that I'd finally signed up. No juicy, gory story here of embattled heroes fighting in trenches against an army 50 times their size. These professional "David's" showed up, stared down "Goliath" with a hefty rock of facts in-hand and made quick work of our bad situation.
Not only was it fast, but it was complete. 100% of the loan we'd signed directly with the timeshare was wiped out. Not good enough for you? Try this on: 100% of the credit card debt resulting from a partial balance transfer of that loan with the timeshare was wiped out (not including late fees assessed by the card's bank).
"Well, hang on." you might say. "Credit card debt was eliminated? You mean the debt owed to a separate entity from the timeshare was eliminated?" You're darn right, it was. Who else said that the credit card debt could be eliminated? No one. Who else was willing to even touch the notion for more than the second it took to process the words "credit card"? No a soulless salesperson out there.
Now, did RTC promise that it could eliminate the credit card debt? No. But where other agencies adamantly insisted we'd have to content, saddled with tens of thousands in credit card debt, the team at RTC was very clear from the beginning that it was not impossible and they were prepared to fight tooth and nail to try to make it happen for us.
I can only surmise that when this team came knocking, the timeshare recalled the last beating and quickly assessed that it couldn't afford another trip to the dentist.
I don't know if all issues can be resolved as quickly as ours was. Perhaps not. But, I am firm in my beliefs that no one else will resolve issues as professionally while bringing you the same peace of mind and satisfaction as this team can, will and does.
Starting today, my family can finally enjoy a level of financial freedom previously denied to us for making a stupidly ill-informed investment years ago. I will always be grateful to the team at Resolution Timeshare Cancellation for what they've returned to us. Thank you!
