Resolution USA

I contacted Resolution USA back in April 2019 about my situation. There was a fee to have them to represent me. I set up a plan to pay them what they were asking for. We communicated back and forth until the balance was paid off. So I assumed that they were handling the situation as promised. I did not realize until I received another summons from the court about the same bill. I have called them several times never getting anyone on the phone. I also sent several emails to them with not response. I tried contacting the law Firm on the Summons to see what we could work out and they said that they could only talk with Resolution USA because they were representing me. Now my wages are being garnished by this company.

Took my money and NEVER helped.
Months would go by without a response from anyone. Finally got a response and he asked me if I could just borrow from family or take a home equity loan to pay them off. At that point it had been a year and the creditor was still sending me letters in the mail.
What was the point of paying them
I do not recommend.

I hired them to mediate on a personal loan early this year (Feb or Mar?). Paid them over $800. It took until yesterday for me to get any kind of "resolution". It was $50 less than my original payment and not acceptable. I ended up having to go to court on the account, which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. In addition, he was very bad about getting back to me. He often wouldn't reply for months at a time. Definitely would not recommend them.
