In 2015, I hired this company to help me find a Pediatrician job. I was told that they "knew people"...
/ "had contacts"all over the country that they worked with. They state that they worked with a lot of doctors like me - foreign and just getting out of training who was looking for a waiver job. After I signed up with them they helped me polish up my resume and then just mass emailed my CV to every practice or hospital. Sometimes it was to hospitals/practices that were not at all applicable to my specialty. I realised that these "contacts" were just random hospital or practice emails. I was very upset but still decided to given them a chance. The final straw for me was that it extremely difficult to get in touch with [redacted] who was my "placement specialist". Despite the $1000 I had put down to hire them I realised that I was pretty much on my own when it came to finding a job. This led me to complain to the Revdex.com after which the company called me and canceled my contract. After this I found a job on my own. I recently heard back from resolve physician agency. They now want me to pay them 7% of my salary because one of the mass emails they sent out was my current employer. My current employer never had any communication with them. Their contract states that I only have to pay them 5% if they located the employment for me which in this case they did not. They are threatening to send this to a collection agency so that it affects my credit rating. I now understand why they were not keen to actually find me a job. Companies like these are scams that prey on desperate, vulnerable people who are new to the country and use legal jargon to intimidate them and extort money from them. Please help resolve
