If I could give negative stars I would This company does not care about customer service I went through my home warranty service and the first appointment was scheduled between 8- They showed up at and could not fix my water heater Ordered a part which was not the problem They failed to show up to install the part, no phone call, and after repeated calls by me, stated I could install the part (simple minute install) No big surprise, it was still not working because they did not check the part I indicated was probably faulty They set up another appointment and failed to show up and no phone call Called and initially said a tech was responding, but still nothing Called again and they said they were not coming and had called my home warranty company hours ago to tell them that Completely useless A week and a half without hot water and I have to call another company The company I called is going to be responding in a few hours, not daysIf they truly cared about their customers then they would have done what was needed to make things right Communication was not a priority and I am beyond disappointed Do your homework if you don't want to take my word for it
First, the dent is on the shell of the unit which is for cosmetics only and holds the installation in placeSecond, we serviced her many times in the past to assist her and never charged herOur competition charge up to $for the same service and *** [redacted] recommends outside contractors and they charge up to $for installation only*** [redacted] agreed, signed and paid before we did any workWe will refund her two hundred and fifty dollars for customer satisfaction only, or replace it with the same unitThere will be no more communication on this matter - $refund or we will replace it
