Dear Mrand Mrs***,In response to correspondence received from counsel pertaining to the termination of your membership, such membership will not be reinstated and termination will standIt is obvious that the facts have been misrepresented to your counsel; therefore I will address such
again, as follows: Your son *** and his girlfriend were inside the motorhome from where the marijuana smell was coming from and witnessed by two of our staff membersHe first denied even knowing what marijuana is to later providing us the jar and rolling papers that he had in his possession, Regardless of the amount of marijuana he had such and paraphernalia, we have a zero tolerance policyThe reason the sheriff dispatch call was later canceled is because *** decided to cooperated and we had the additional evidence of the container and rolling papers. We did consider the facts in this case and we have applied the rules fairlyYou are no exception, regardless of how many years you have had the membership and the amount of money you paidA reasonable person would not be using illegal drugs in a resort where we have children and families visiting and relaxingWe do not consider such actions to be in line with our goal to provide a safe, relaxing and harmonious environment, Marijuana is illegal and our policy is very clear. We consider our position very clear, we are aware of our rights and we are prepared to defend our position as wellIf anybody owes you anything it's your son ***If you have any questions pertaining to this letter or if it is not clear enough please do not hesitate to contact me, and any further correspondence pertaining to this matter please sent to my attention. We are responding to a claim we received from you on June 12, 2015 regarding Mountain Lakes Resort Member [redacted].
Numerous times we have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] through mail or by phone and email. We stopped calling Mr. [redacted] per...

his request. When we did get him on the phone several times before his request he was very rude and insisted that his account was not past due because he was sending more than he should to cover payments. We advised him that he was past due when he started sending payments of $150.00 a month and then $200.00 a month. So as he was sending them in, they were being applied accordingly. He requested a payment history be sent to him many times and it was sent by mail, we even performed an audit on his account emailed to him and all calculations have matched up. I am mailing all the information about our contacts with Mr. [redacted] as well as a copy of his contract and the payment history today.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/06/24) */
This letter is in response to a member of Mountain Lakes Resort Campground who has a complaint against our business. Please find enclosed all the information needed that was sent to member and or received from the member along with a copy of his contract indicating the amount of payments. Mr. [redacted] at this time has one monthly payment left to payoff the contract in the amount of $117.92.
He then would have quarterly dues payments every January, April, July, October.
We on several occasions tried to explain to Mr. [redacted] what was due and the breakdown on it, yet no understanding on his part.
Thank-you for your time,

RE: Case # [redacted]
To Whom it may Concern,
The member listed above was given all information requested, as you will see in the emails that were communicated back and forth between Mountain Lakes Resort and our members...

Mr. [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] We attempted to work with these members many times and also explained the procedures on accounts that are not paid. We received constant run around, they did not want to provide a home address or phone and so we had to communicate through email per their request. We received a payment In a lump sum on April 17th 2015 and then no payment again until November 24, 2015. The account still remained past due with this payment. Several months went by and we were unable to reach them even by email at that point. Since we did not get a response, we had no choice but to forward this account out to our Alternative Recovery Agency.
We have attached email communication paperwork for your review.
Regards,
[redacted] Membership Services Department
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2016/05/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They have done nothing to resolve this issue. The property was not as advertised, often they could not accomadate a unit of our size and power requirements. When we attempted to serve them with legal papers, they refused to accept service telling us we had to serve the corporate office. They refused to give us the corporate name or address. Whe they referred it to collection, their collection agency also refused to gi e us the information. If this cannot be resolved we will have no choice but to contact the states attorney' s office.
