We wrote a check to Fountainhead Group Consulting in good faith to get us out of our *** Timeshare on 4-25-19 for $23,368.00. Fountainhead stated 30-60 or 90 days to get this accomplished on 5-24-19 we called Seth we stated we want our money back another company was getting involved (Tradebloc) we sent all personal info. D.L., SS #'s, recent elec. bills on 5-10-19 then they requested more information from us on 5-24-19 so can we get our money back Seth said he would get back to us..On 6-10-19 talked to Ilene or *** at Fountainhead we want to cancel everything at this date and we just want our money back, she said she would call us back. Then called *** talked to *** to cancel all process we just want our money back she said a lot of things to me some were not nice said its on atty's desk we can't . To this date 12-6-19 nothing has got us out of our timeshare we have decided to keep the timeshare we are still making payments to *** we just want our money back.. These companies have not done anything they said they would do 30, 60, 90 days has gone and past will not return phone calls, the business at Branson is locked up ..

To whom it may concern,

We have to spoken to *** multiple times in addition to the many times our 3rd party vendors have. As she states in the complaint. It appears she may have misunderstood the time it takes to fulfill the contract that she signed. We have and are fulfilling our contractual obligations as stated in the contract she signed. It is coming along as it should during the process. As far as communication is concerned *** has stated herself to those that contact her that she is tired of hearing from the people that are reaching out to her. Possibly because she does not like the answers that she gets to her questions. As far as the office being locked up I'm not sure when she visited but we can assure you if it was locked up she must have visited on a date we were closed. We desire for *** to please just be patient while we finish fulfilling our contractual obligation. As she states in her complaint any desire by her to cancel the contract was well past the point of no return on our part.
