Company presented me with a contract for the sale of my Timeshare. I accepted and signed the contract and provided fee for title transfer work up and FLorida stamp tax. closing date was tentatively set and when I called to confirm location for closing and a set date and time, I continually get a voice mail. I have left several messages for Christina G (title company TCT) and Allyson T (main office) as well as emails and no one will call or communicate. Feel this is a complete scam.

Sale of a condo in Kissimmee, Florida. The owner is D. WE both reside at ***, Va. 22932 His contact number is ***(cell). We were contacted by Ms. G in June. Mr.M*** has sent her money with no follow up reply. WE have both called and texted her with no answer.

I signed a contract on 6/28/19 to sell my timeshare property located Hollywood FL and paid 2 fees in July.
I have not been able to reach them since.

7/20 paid $1510 Stamp tax
Contract signed by Michael C, Chief VP
Christina G and Allison T advised us in writing that it would take 14 days after receipt of tax for underwrriting and then we would be provided a list of title companies in our area for the closing (signing of docs and distribution of funds.)
I have reached out to both of these resourcesby phone and email as well as the general customer service number and nonone is responding to my inquiries.

Please help by investigating this situation and providing suggestions on action against this company.
