The late charges were reversed by the companyHowever, they stated that there were no funds, IncorrectI did a payment out of my savings acct online and they pulled a payment out of my checking acct on there own willThe bank had me fill out a dispute and the funds were returned to mehowever I had fees charged to me in order to resolve this

Resort Funding is a timeshare finance company that provides receivable servicing for the timeshare resorts financed by Resort FundingResort Funding is servicing the loan for *** *** for her purchase of a timeshare, which she financed, from InnSeason Resorts South Mountain, which was
purchased for $9,*** contacted the Resort Funding account manager on 10/23/to say that she will contact the resort or her family or friends to see if they want the timeshare. *** said that the resort told her that they will not take back the timeshareShe said that she would not pay for the timeshareResort Funding will notify the resort, InnSeason Resorts South Mountain, and let them know that *** *** will no longer pay for the timeshare that she purchased

They failed to mention that I said I am unable to make my payment due to my medical bills and that I asked for the loan to as a write off as I knew it woyuld go against myself and husband. The man said they will.continue to try to collect from tthe cosigner . I stated tthat was my husband and if I'm not able to then he isn't. I'm sorry but there should be a way people can be helped as trhey ask even if it hurts credit. But my  health/medical bills are more important then a Vacation.

Resort Funding didn't receive this complaint until a second notice was forwarded due to a change of address for Resort Funding.  After researching this account, there was a misunderstanding with one of the collectors for Resort Funding on the payment to be paid by Ms. [redacted], Ms. [redacted] is...

suggesting that Resort Funding deposit money back into her account for the error, however the payment did not clear Ms. [redacted]'s bank account since the payment was nsf d. Since this occurred, Resort Funding has reversed 3 lata fees and 2 NSF fees on Ms. [redacted]s account. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please also let Ms. [redacted] know that we would like to discuss this with her to clear up any confusion on the correction of the error. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience.Thank you.
