Be careful
Went to Resort World and on the 66 Floor Starlight Bar charged my card 3x for the same transaction !

I”m not happy with the customer service and beware of this Bar and the charges on your credit card!

Unexceptionable Star Light !

Hit by fellow player..no one did anything
I went to play a machine on the 2nf floor.

The chair was turned facing out.
I turned it around to sit and play.
A lady 2 machines down said someone is playing there. I said they are not playing now.(2 machines were being held)
I went to sit down. The lady pushed me aside and said there is money in the machine. The lady went to the bathroom. She will be back.
I called a slot attendant over and asked for security. The manager came instead. The manager was telling her she cannot tie up 2 machines. The lady said the other player has diabetis and needed to eat. I informed the lady she lied to me. The manager was not helping me. A little grey haired white lady against 2 African Americans. I walked away.

Where was security? I was practically mugged in the casino
I was there on 4/17/21 around noon (day time). I was sitting on this machine and a black man came up to me (I'm a white woman) and says "can I borrow some money"? I tried to ignore him. He then got a little aggressive and said "gimme some money". So I get up and went to another area. He then follows me and says "Let me borrow some money". I then said "get the f--- away from me I don't know you". He then says "f--- you greedy white b[censored]". Others can hear what is going on. He then tells people how I wont let him borrow money. I go I don't know him. He then says that he's going to get his money from me later, cause I owe him. Others were starting to gather and say what is going on? Well now people are saying she wont let him borrow money. I'm standing there going I don't know him, he is a stranger that approached me. WHERE WAS SECURITY?! Why were we both not question by any employee that worked there? I then went into the bathroom for 10 minutes and left real fast. I felt like I was being mugged. This is during the day can you imagine what its like at night?

Bureau complaint letter #[redacted] from customer [redacted]. We responded to [redacted] and let her know that we mailed her win/loss statement on February **, 2014. We appreciate her feedback about our staff member and we will take it into consideration. Please let me know if you would like any additional information from us regarding this complaint.

At the beginning of March 2018 I checked the slot machine which showed that I earned over 8,000 Tier Points for the year starting April 1, 2017!and ending March 31, 2018 which entitled me to an upgraded players card ???? from silver to gold status. I went to the reward desk and after checking the computer ???? they gave me a gold card good till April 30, 2018 for one month stating that I would have to come back during the month of April and they will give me a gold card good until March 31, 2019. When I went back on April 2, 2018 they said that I did not earn the 8,000 required points and downgraded me back to silver card. I showed them a photo that I took from a slot machine proving that I did in fact earn over 8,300 points and they said it was a mistaken When I protested to the supervisor she said that I was not the only one and that there were many others and that she would forward all the complaints about not upgrading our cards to the department that takes care of it. Every time I call Resorts World all I get is a recording and I can never get a live person on the phone. This is not the way to deal with their customers. I cannot even locate a number for the casino control commissioner if there is one.

I had 57361 when I checked 3739 shy of a black card. I also was robbed by resorts world casino nyc of my teir point and when ask I was threaten by Ricardo a very uneducated host at resorts world nyc. I was told by wileto that I only had 49000 which is not true . He also mentioned that the machine was counting the the points wrong. Yeah ok ???? wileto ( lies ) also they consolidated my win loss statement for taxes and it do not match my records. I erge I.r.s. And the gaming commission to look ???? into this b.s. ( amazing )move over mafia there is a new capo in town. Not to mention the wanna be gangster employees that live right in our community and think that the can violate business to costumer rights. Only if you give them tips then you good with them. It’s called extortion and it’s illegal. Will be contacting the queen district attorney , and abc7 really soon about this type of behavior from employees at resorts world casino nyc.

I had a very bad day at resorts world casino a young black woman who works at the genting casino on the 1st floor had such a nasty attitude when I tried to get help from her. It got worse after she walked away and I told her she should not work here if she cannot deal with people. She turned and said something and I admit I called her the "The B word". She then told me to shut the "F UP". I was going to apologize for calling her a ... but after her comment to me I made several complaints. Lets see how they handle that matter. Seriously they need to have a meet with their employees on how to conduct themselves. I personally believe if you don't like your job in customer service then go find another job.

OOPS! I forgot to put this information in she told me your luck that I don't do anything to you, Sounds like she was threatening me. Seriously this is the type of people they want to work for them and expect us to accept this behavior, I admit my wrong in what I said first but she should have know better, I always think if you have problems don't bring it to the work place.

This casino resorts world casino robs their costumer. The technical department are refusing to fix issues with the mechines ( vtl ) casino goers are putting thousands of dollars into slots machine and table games that the technical department claimed that were fixed , but have touch screen issues and a lot more issues. The whole entire management staff needs to be replaced. The managers cannot accept complains and find a solution to comfort the paying costumers. I erge lottery and the gaming commission to look into these complaints before it hits the evening news , which will lead to a class action against resorts world casino and lottery. I have over 500 signatures for these issues that are not being looked at by the gaming commission , since the staff at the casino are not taking complaints at this time.

Review: On Nov. * 2013, I called Resorts World Casino in regards to a concert being held there that evening. I was informed via the phone, tickets were available for purchase at the coat check. I drove to the casino and was informed by the employee tickets were on sale for $25. I informed her that tickets were $20 as the sign directly next to the window indicated. Tickets were $20 in advance and $25 at the door. As it was 11:30am and the concert did not begin until 9:00pm I was clearly not purchasing tickets at the door. She tried contacting a manager and was unsuccessful. I spoke to another manager at customer service who did contact the events manager who informed him that the signage "at the door" meant the day of the event. I have spoken [redacted] my entire life and I do not remember learning that when you wrote the purchase price for tickets at the door meant the same as the day of. I am very unhappy as I was not expecting to purchase tickets for an additional $5.00 after driving from Long Island to Brooklyn. Had I been informed that the purchase price was going to be the same price as at the door I would have saved myself the 2hr drive there and back and made one trip in the evening. They need to be clear in their policy. One statement does not stand for the other. If you mean to say prices go up on the day of the event please state that. Not that the purchase price goes up at the door.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded the additional $5.00 per ticket which I purchased. I purchased 7 tickets so I wish to receive a refund of $35.00.

Review: I was playing a slot game at the casino one day, when I ended up winning $71.48. When the voucher for the $71.48 was printed by the machine, the barcode was defective and the casino refused to pay me the allotted money. In order to solve the problem, I went to the cashier for assistance but they were unable to help me. They then referred me to the higher management who said that I would only be granted $25 for the voucher. I declined and wrote an e-mail explaining the situation to the casino itself, as advised by [redacted], but I never received a response. I shouldn't be held responsible for their faulty machines and technology.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a $71.48 payment.

Review: I was gambling at resorts world casino and there was a misunderstanding involving a jacet that had been left on a chair for several hours. I was under the impression that it had been left ny someone and I did make a mistake and took the jacket. As soon as the lady came back and was looking for the jacket I admitted that I had taken it an retreived the jacket and gave it back. I was not allowed to explain my position and I was treated like a criminal. Three security guards got EXTREMELY aggressive with me calling me a drug addictand one even put her fingers in my face. As we were walking by other patrons they were saying this girl is a theif she is a theif. I honestly thought that the jacket was left by someone and my intention was not to hurt anyone. I was subsequently banned from the casino with no ability to defend myself. My players club card has nearly 30,000 points on it which translates into approximately $300. I do not think it is fair that they get to take that from me. Not only did they humiliate me and jump to untrue conclusions, they were extremely aggressive and made threatening remarks. I do do not feel that it is fair that I was treated in the manner that I was. I had the forsight to tape record what was going on on my cell phone and the behavior of these security guards was actually quite scarey and I felt very intimidated.. I would like this incident to be investigated and I would like to appeal my expulsion from the casino.I admit that I made a istake by taking the jacket but I was under the impression that it had been left by someone as it was on the chair for several hours. As previously stated as soon as I found out that the woman was looking for it I told the security guards that I had it. If my intention was to steal the jacket I would not have returned to the room in which it was left.

I also had another incoident several months ago in which one of the machines malfunctioned and I was told by the slot employeee that I would be getting a refund totalling $330. After several hours I was told that it needed furthur review and they have concluded that I will not receive any money. I have asked repeatedly for something in writing which includes the explanation for why I was initially told I would get paid and then the situation changed.I have attempted to follow up on this situation and I have received nothing but unprofessional comments made specifically by [redacted] slot [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my cash with regards to the malfunction on the screen. REgarding the incident with the coat I would like the security guards disciplined and I would like to appeal my expulsion from the casino.
