I loved staying at RiverPointe Napa for the past weekThe facility was adjacent to the Napa River and a mile walking trail, which I usedIt was very close to the Silverado Trail, which runs the back route to Calistoga and is very scenic with less traffic than the main Highway I had a couple of issues which were resolved quickly and completely: There was a maintenance issue where the heater was not properly labeledAs soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, a maintenance person (Luis) came over and resolved the problem - and apologized profusely, leaving me a gift for my trouble I also had a customer service issue with someone who was a little short with me on check-inI mentioned this, too, to the manager and she went out of her way to make sure that I was accommodated, due to this problemIt's never good when you have an employee who is impatient, but as I said, [redacted] was gracious and really made a tremendous effort to make sure I was okayI was very pleased with the results My unit was extremely comfortable and a great value for the priceIt was nice to have a separate cottage but close to everythingI really felt taken care of while staying there and would readily recommend it to anyone who wants a very nice place to stay in the Napa Valley

agreements with the properties, they are required to manage inventory and accept guests when they have failed to do so properly. While communication did break down, it is our business decision to no longer market the property.
