Review: Had a reservation. Needed to change the reservation or cancel it. This is was before the 24 hour period. Reservations at the hotel were very nasty. Told me they were unable to assist me. I asked to speak with a manager ([redacted]) he was even more nasty and rude. He told me there was nothing he could do for me and hung up the phone. My reservation went to waste and so did my money because they weren't willing to help me.Desired Settlement: refund money

Review: On February 1, 2014 I checked in to Resorts Casino on the boardwalk of Atlantic City, NJ. A friend and myself stayed the weekend and on our checkout date February 3rd, found a bed bug in our bed. I called the front desk and after waiting a substantial amount of time, security came up to write a report. After the report was taken, I was told that someone would contact me in two weeks. No one ever contacted me. I began to call, almost everyday, to try to speak to the person I was originally told would call me back. I received the run around and no assistance. Someone finally left me a message about the incident but when I would call the number provided in the voicemail, I wouldn't get anyone and left countless voicemails.

Here I am over a year later and STILL have no heard anything from Resorts about what they are going to do about a $300+ weekend that resulted in myself and my guest being food for bed bugs. I've stayed at this casino before and I have never felt more disrespected and mishandled by a business.Desired Settlement: I would like my bill to be refunded due to the injuries we received from the bed bugs and the lack of integrity to resolve this matter.

Review: I stayed in this establishment 8/15-8/17/13 the room I was put in had broken safety lock on door, I can provide photos. I tried throughout my stay to contact manager on duty to change rooms. I tried per in room call to front desk where in the 18 times I called a manager was never available and promised a return call. Also, the in person visits I had to front desk to voice concerns and again manager was not available and it my safety concern would be "addressed immediately." I had to put a chair against the door for extra protection. I also did not receive housekeeping services until 11pm at night despite numerous calls, I did point out broken safety latch to them as well. I stayed in the room as a single woman it was scary, if I could have afforded another hotel I would have checked out and my bus did not leave until the 17th.Desired Settlement: Refund for the room. Housekeeping issues were one issue, but the safety latch hanging off the door is another.
