Many Food Court employees are less than respectful and need a good talking to in this regard. Starbucks employees are courteous. The Hot Dogs and beverage quality needs improvement. The head of Marketing needs to increase in the bonus amounts. Too many machines are in need of repair for long periods of time. Buttons on the poker machines remain broken and in order to play the screen must be touched.

Review: I brought tickets to an event this past Saturday for myself and my two nieces. I understand it was a dance with limited seating. Imagine my surprise when we arrived and were thrust into a cattle car. It was mayhem. A disorganized event made exclusively for milking patrons. As we walked in, there was literally wall to wall people. A few tables in the midst of the crowd. A cordoned off area for a few patrons that paid extra. A stage that was surrounded by metal rails. All other patrons were standing room only the crowd was enormous. We were literally piled on top of each other.The sound system on some of the singers was inadequate and we could not hear them. The DJ was more entertaining but we could not dance because there were bodies everywhere. I imagined in case of a fire or emergency we would have been trampled to death. It was extremely uncomfortable and I wonder if the club exceeded its maximum occupancy capacity.In the middle of the show, there was an hour intermission and the show dragged and we literally had no where to go.Security was limited and had I been warned that it would be standing room only with hundreds of people crowded into a small dance floor, I would not have attended as I stated above, in the event of a fire, I would not have attended.The company promised us a show and I paid to see a show not to be placed into a dangerous situation with hundreds of people on top of me, and all around me.I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office as well, as this cannot be good business practice, and have them look into this company and its dealings. This is a terrible accident waiting to happen.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed because the advertisement although it stated limited seating, DID NOT state that I would be placed in a tight area with hundreds of people all around me and unable to move. It was a dangerous and uncomfortable position I and my nieces found ourselves in. At one point I could not even feel my legs after standing over 4hrs, and we had to leave.
