I can not log into my account on dollar fashions websiteand contacted them They will not help me get log into my account I contacted dollar fashions after trying to log inot my account to check my order I was unable to so I contacted dollar fashions I was told to just check in as a guest I told 5dollar fashions that I created an account and so I am not a guest and I need to log into my account dollar fashions refuse to help me logg into my account They said that (they) reset the password and to try the password that they (dollar fashions ) created I tried and it did not work so contacted dollar fashions back and informed them that I still could not get inot my account They said that I could check out as a guest I am not a guest and I need to check my account I still am not able to logg into my account
This is the short version of this messI made a purchase that was very simpleShipping charges were $on my orderWaited about week and some days before my order arrivedIt was initially shipped through ups and transfered to usps for deliveryWhen I finally got my shipment there was regular size package for an order of itemsSo I immediately start making calls firstly to 5dollarfashionI left a message and no one repliedI contacted ups and usps to see if there were any delays and lo and behold I was told there were no delaysSo I contacted 5dollarfashion again and left another voice message with all of my info, and again no replyI contacted paypal and this mess have esculated to a claimOn the opposing end they've reached out to paypalWtf!! I will never order from the company againNow I'm stuck and waiting for paypal to make a decision on whether they will issue a refund on the non delivered items plus shipping
