I don't understand how a Company with an A+ Rating deny a refund when no services are rendered! July 21, Today, I received a letter from Resort Stay International that my credit was expiring and I needed to call to redeem! I was prepared to make a visit this year, but when I called; I was told that I needed to pay an additional $to keep my rewardI insisted that I already paid enough and I wasn't paying anymore! I asked for refund and was denied! Shady and mislead Attended timeshare presentation in Jan in [redacted] that lasted over hrs, finally we received our so called FREE Gifts, a night day stay in Las Vegas with no requirementsA few weeks later my wife called to set up the vacation as it actually has day time limit to set it up Was advised there would be a $charge to the card to make sure we came and a $fee for upgrade to [redacted] hotel, given our reservations were for JuneWas told there was only one requirement a Minute walk through of the resort since we already went through a presentation this was a free gift for thatSo because it was not another presentation we decided okThan days prior to our vacation date in June we got a phone call & email that if we did not confirm our reservations within days prior to our date we would forfeit everything and our $Ok so we had one day to call and I am busy at work so I called to confirm next day and than they said we need $hold cha

I booked a stay with this company for next weekend and was told I would need to pay $hold fee that would be returned to me upon arrival for the presentation along with a $fee for booking on a weekendWhen I called to confirm my reservation yesterday because the company "forgot" to call me days prior as they stated they would, I was told by a very unprofessional employee that I would need to give him my credit card info immediately and pay an additional $hold for my vacation When I booked this trip I was told I would not need to pay or give any additional fees or hold funds for this tripThey are unprofessional and liars and I want my money backI have called times without resolutionI keep being told a supervisor is going to call me back but one NEVER doesDon't waste your time or money with this company Product_Or_Service: Weekend Hotel Reservation Order_Number: XXXXXXXX

They are out here scamming peopleThey are thieves and liars They took $from my credit card, with the promise of a three night stay as long as we stay and do a tourNow they want to charge and extra $if we don't meet a certain income criteriaEvery time I have called ,there phone are busyThis company don't even have an legitimate websiteI'm very disappointed because this company ripped me off by stealing my money and not refunding back my fundsThis place should be investigated They do not deserve this star, I wish there was a way to leave a negative rating

The company has yet to refund me $which they said I would receive by 12/31/ I signed up for the companies offer and put down a $deposit on 11/12/ I decided to cancel within the day cancellation period and per the companies system canceled on 11/16/ They told me that it could take 30-days to receive my refund, but I have yet to receive anything to this day when I call I get told a supervisor will call me back or that my claim has been sent to accounting for review, but nothing has happened and I have never gotten a call back regarding my complaint

Advertised that I won a radio station contest, turned out to be a timeshare presentation which was not mentioned Asked for a refundable $fee
On Monday, October 2nd I was listening to *** and the Radio DJ announced what sounded like a Radio Trivia Contest question The announcer said that the first callers to get the correct answer would win I called the number given on the radio, (***) ***, and after the phone rang for a couple of minutes, the announcer told me that I was the 22nd caller and asked me to stay on the line After a several minute hold (the full call took minutes and seconds total) the announcer came back on the line and told me I had won a two night resort package including freeplay, lunch for two, and show ticketsHe told me that as soon as our call was finished that I would receive an email within minutes with a list of all the hotels I could choose from for my stay and details on how to

The worst company ever that is a scam! I received a phone call regarding a Las Vegas stay for $I accepted on the condition I could bring my childrenI was told I could bring my childrenI set up a reservation and spent an extra $since it was a weekend reservationA few days before my trip, I was contacted by the customer service representative: Jennifer *** and she explained that I could not bring my childrenI said that was not what I was told and I would be needing a refundShe said she would be calling me back regarding my refund and I was never contacted
