Review: Dr. Nina S. I[redacted] was my anesthesiologist for colonoscopy with Dr. F[redacted] on 3/**/15. They billed my insurance company 4/**/15 incorrectly, then on 7/**/15 incorrectly. I have contacted both I[redacted] and the insurance company repeatedly -- in June, in July, in August, in September, in October, in November, in December, and now again in January. Supposedly, it is now getting billed correctly to the insurance company, but they have chosen to send it to a collection agency who is frequently calling for payment. It is harassment.Desired Settlement: For Nina Idnani, MD to correctly bill the insurance company and payment be made to her.

Complaint not about a health issue, but this is regarding health insurance.I have 100% insurance coverage. Regence/Uniform Medical is my primary & Medicare is my secondary insurance. I had surgery 2/*/2012 in Everett WA. I got a first bill from this Providence WA Anesthesia earlier this year that I owe them $331.88. I called their phone number to complain. I said if they had problems with Medicare, they should have contacted me at the time/earlier. This was my first bill/notice from them. The lady I talked to got the exact info from my Medicare card (which the hospital had 2/*/2012), said my name they submitted was a little different, so they'd re-submit.Today 3-**-2013 I got ANOTHER bill that I owe them $331.88.I have [redacted] I haven't worked in almost 2 years, I live with 2 caregivers. There's a reason I have this insurance, so my health needs get paid. Please help me.Thank you,[redacted]
