This company and it's manager Donald should be investigated. As a previous tenant I have seen him do illegal & very shady things. Legally he is required to put a tenants property in storage for 30 days after an eviction. I have seen him take flat screens off the wall, sell dead tenants furniture in a yard sale, which belonged to Rent a Center. I am disabled and he has made fun of me. Myself, my son and a roommate were tenants until we were wrongfully evicted. He shook my and my sons hand and said, "I am not going to evict you." Surprisingly we were evicted. Donald intimidated me personally, yelled at me in his office in front of other people. How unprofessional.
