[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I would like for the Person in charge of my account/ complaint in Revdex.com to look at the attachments send by Culligan.Please focus on the size of the Box & the size of "#12" compare to the rest of the form.I do not have any doubts that Culligan as a corporate use this form. But also I am certain that the rest of their branches have a different sales approach with their customers.If someone like me who has not heard a word about the 12 months contract & in his mind is signing a delivery ticket, chances are that person is going to miss the "terms of the contract" as the Terre Haute branch refer to it.As indicated in past,  my reason to continue to beat on this dead horse is just to create an understanding for folks in this town . Specially older & senior citizens.To be fair to the business involved, I would like them to know that my next step to deal with this issue is to reach out to local & state media.As a My next step to follow my complaint relative to this issue, I am going to reach out to local 7 state media.

However my intention is provide awareness to future customers of this company.Public needs to be aware of the dishonest techniques & tactics that Culligan uses.An honest business clearly explain the terms of their agreement using words not hiding them in a small box  In my case there was not one word mentioned relative to 12 months agreement.I welcome & encourage the Culligan to send you a copy of my delivery ticket or what they call "agreement" then it will be easily obvious how they basically hide their terms . A very small box with a very small print. Compare the size of the number"12" with the rest of the numbers on the same document.

This response is in regards to [redacted] located at [redacted]. We received a call from [redacted] on 6/2/2016. He rents a bottled water cooler and stated there has been no issues with the service, but would like to cancel his rental agreement. I then let him know that service started on...

3/28/16 and that he signed and agreed to a one year contract (which is the minimum term on all rental agreements). We at Culligan of Terre Haute have been in business over 60 years and pride our selves on providing excellent customer service. We do not want any customers to feel misled and regret that [redacted] feels that way. I can send a copy of the rental agreement signed by [redacted]. We have used this rental agreement form for many years without issue for it is the universal Culligan corporate approved rental agreement form. We make a point to cross out the sections that do not apply to the customer to help the term applied be easily visible. I did not have an opportunity to tell [redacted] that he will receive a refund of his bottles and cooler deposit which would be more than enough to pay the remaining balance on the rental agreement. We would like to apologized for any confusion on this matter.
