with them. We want you to feel secure in your apartment. Regarding the bathtub, we have since had a 3rd party company come in reglaze and seal it. Hopefully you are not having any more problems with it. I know maintenance has been over to discuss your plumbing issue and smoke coming from the neighbors. Unfortunately we have to honor the 60 day notice to vacate per your lease due to fair housing. If we can do anything else for you in your apartment while you are here, please let us know. My first visit to tour the property I was promised a apartment for 15 days out. After I find out by constantly calling about the date only to find out the apartment would not be ready until months later.
The manager, doesn't return calls or emails. Allows subordinates to say she out when she's not. But blattenly responds to posted reviews how she is striving to give residents the best customer service.
