. I am a single dis abled female who was informed I needed night time 02. I took the over night test and Respacare provided the equipment. Results sent to my Dr showed low levels of oxygen and My Dr. prescribed night time 02, Repacare brought the 02 equipment and I used it for a month or so. My Dr ordered a follow up overnight test to see where we were. I had the 2nd over night oximertry (02 test) done on 1\31\2013. Those results were never relayed to my Dr. I asked at several visits and there was no records of the results. I finally had to call respacare and ask for the results to be sent again. My Doctor recieved the fax 09\03\13. My apt was Monday Nov 4 th. He read the results to me and stated I should of never been on night time 02 by the results of the 2nd test. The results showed my oxygen level dropped for 20 seconds in 7 1\2 hours and that does not constitute the need for over night oxygen. I have a copy of the results that my Dr was faxed on 09\03\2014. Dr [redacted] stated he would help me in any way he could. I should of never been on 02 at night from 2\1\2013 to the time they picked it up on 9\12\2013. I had asked Respacare in June to pick up the oxygen and they would not. I should of never been billed or paid any of the charges I have. I would like someone to contact me that can discuss Respacare I will also be contacting my Medicare provider to inform them of the discrepancy. Respacare will only discuss payment arrangements on the unpaid balance. I have spoken with several ladies at the billing number. The Scottsburg office directs me to billing because of questions about the \ my balance.
