I had my roof completely replaced 4 years ago and they gave me a 15 year warranty on it with no instructions for maintenance or additional work. they said if I had a problem they'd come out to look at the issue and repair it. Well its been leaking and causing damages to the interior of my home. I contacted them 8 times over the past month to come take a look. Someone else has contacted them several times (greater than 5 times) on my behalf and they told both of us that I need to pay a $250.00 fee for "maitenance". I called 2 other roofing companies that told me the damages I've sustained to the iterior of my home are beyond what "maitenance" could repair. I've now got to hire a contractor to fix the damages to the interior and these people are still not responding to their phone messages. My roof is currently leaking so badly that it's literally raining in my house right now
A new roof was installed, in addition to a deck 4 years ago. The roof is leaking (and is covered under a 15 yr warranty), and the deck is coming up due to swelling and the installation. There remains standing water on the roof, which was supposed to be addressed. We have contacted the company mulitple times over the past 2 years about this, with no response.

We did receive a service call on January 15, 2019. We were at the property on January 18, 2019 and could not find an issue. We have not heard from the customer since. NOT respectable roofing. This company replaced my neighbors roof last summer and left all of their debris on mine. This debris included a bag of trash, a bucket of tar, a broom, all of the old shingles and leftover new, general trash, gloves, and importantly a juice or soda bottle conveniently placed in my rain gutter. Fast forward to three weeks ago and heavy rain overflowed my gutter and instead came into my home, causing over $1000 in damage. Company has not responded to any of phone calls. Shameful.

I hired Respectable Roofing to put a new roof on last yr. I paid $3200 and it still leaks. I smelled mildew many times not knowing the roof was still leaking.
Good morning ***,I have received the complaint regarding *** at *** Philadelphia, PA ***. We have responded to ***'s concerns numerous times. She originally contacted our office in March 2018 and we went and cleared her roof of debris. She contacted our office again in July 2018 where we went to the property inspected the roof resealed a few spots, but did not see any issue with the roof to cause leaking. *** contacted our office again in November 2018 where again we went to her property inspected the roof and did not find any issue with the roof. The customer was advised at that time the siding and/or windows are causing the leak. *** contacted our office in December 19, 2018 to inform she was contacting the Revdex.com. As a courtesy, we went to her property and caulked the windows. This service was not covered in her contract. We received a text message on January 2, 2018 that the porch has stopped leaking and I have attached the screenshot of that message. Please disregard this complaint as there is no issue with the roofing work completed. *** needs to address the windows and siding of her bay which she is aware of. Thank you for your time. I had respectable Roofing come out and fix something that was messed up so bad by another contractor that contractor Philadelphia loves concrete Jim Sweeney did a horrible job respectable Roofing fixed that job plus did the rest of the work that Philadelphia loves concrete was supposed to do and never did after they took my money but respectable Roofing came right out took care of the job they were very professional and very nice people the owner of respectable Roofing I wish I could give him 10 Stars it was a pleasure to work with them thank you so much respectable Roofing I would and do recommend this company to everybody
