Review: Hired Respected Construction to build new home. They have not finished project and wants full payment plus extra money that was never agreed on in our original contract. They have threatened to file a lien on the property if they don't get what they want without finishing project or being approved by inspector.Desired Settlement: Respected construction needs to finish installing 3 doors, fix the gaps between the roof and side of house, wait until we get inspection to see if the inspector is requesting anything else. They also need to cease with the lien waiver due to the fact that the work has not been completed and they are charging more than what we agreed to on the contract.
