We purchased the deluxe version of Respify's C-PAP cleaner and we absolutely love it. My husband had given up on using his C-PAP in the past because he constantly had sinus infections. Now that he uses this machine daily on all of his C-PAP equipment he has no problems at all. It's a great product. Other companies sell C-PAP cleaners that run ozone through the actual machine and ozone may be damaging the machines. With Respify's version the equipment (minus the actual machine) go into a special bag or a sealed plastic box (you get that with the deluxe version) along with a small ozone generator. Your equipment is fresh and clean after a 90 minute cycle.
We ordered this for my moms cpap machine, she used it and it turned the tubing brown and destroyed it... we contacted the company and they instructed us to lie to the equipment provider and say it came that way. When we refused due to having human decency they told us to try it on her back up tubing and if it did it again they would replace one... company is a scam.
Per USPS the item was returned on 3/6/2019 at 12:43 and as of this date May 9 2019 have received NO refund.

I am following up in regards to case 135 498 33, as business manager for River City Holdings LLC.
This issue precipitated because the customer, Mr. Larry P, opened a Charge Back with his credit card company vs. initially contacting us to process a return.
As a result, his credit card company and our bank, took his payment into Escrow (we no longer have access to it) and as a result could not issue the return. In good faith, we refunded Mr. P’s payment via *** in hopes that we eventually see the chargeback closed in our favor.
Technically, we are not obligated to do this (issue refund) as it’s in the hands of the banks. Mr. P was gracious enough to contact his credit card company and waive the chargeback, however the deliberation time and giving us funds to return to him, does not get accelerated.
I believe that if you contact Mr. P, he will agree to the series of events, but will still likely be frustrated based on the timeframe to resolve and get him payment. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything we could do about the timing. We did step up and refund him via *** even though we didn’t have access to his payment.
