Respiratory, Critical Care, And Sleep Specialists

I was referred to Dr. *** for respiratory services and have an *** which requires a co payment of $35 or I cannot be seen. I saw this Dr. On the following dates: July 5, 2019, October 10,2019, December 12, 2019 and February 13, 2020. In November 2019 I received a billy statement alleging having owed $70.00. I received another billing statement in January alleging bill past due by 60/days. I contacted the number provided on the billing statement several times and even left messages to no avail as no one ever returned my call. I then spoke with the clerk at the Dr's office who states that she has written signatures of my payments and will inform and discuss with billing. She informed me today that she was able to resolve Octobers payment but not July 2019 and asked if I could review my bank information and let billing know. I asked if I could provide the information via email from my bank statement and was informed yes and provided with to whom to send. I copied the line item from my bank statement and submitted it (as it includes my Visa last 4 and the date of the transaction), however I was told that I would need to send my entire bank statement which I am reluctant to do without redacting all other information first. I asked if I could get a statement from the bank to which I was informed no, I asked to speak with their administrator and got no reply. My issue and concern is the payment of July 2019 was not processed until August 2019 (1/mo delay and the initial late payment notification sent) this was the company's error and I requested that I receive something informing me that the error was theirs as well as an update to my credit report.
