We have reviewed the above complaint and are working in
conjunction with *** *** RV, the Jayco authorized dealership from which he purchased his travel trailer, to address this concern
Jayco has found that an error was made on the MSRP sheet provided with this product and it said the remote control system was provided when, in fact, the remote control system was removed as an option prior to this product being manufacturedJayco reserves the right to make changes and to discontinue models without notice or obligationThe published Jayco Towable Limited Warranty states, in pertinent part
"Jam) reserves the right to make changes in the design or materials of its products without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in any product...."
