January to throw out his bed frame as it was too infested to treat and he did wait 2 months before he did this which is going to make it that much harder to try to fix. If he had listened to me and did what I asked when I told him. I am sure I wouldn't have to had to make arrangements to go back and fix it.

First of all, I didn't wait two months to throw out my bed. I threw it out within a month. I work full time and need time to disassemble the bed and also to find a new one as I don't want to sleep on the floor.
Right after throwing out my bed I called the business and left a voice message as there was no response. I also sent a text message to [redacted] the owner to call me back. No one called back. I called on two other occasions (within a few days apart) and left two other voice messages. No one called back.
It took a complaint to the Revdex.com for them to call me back. That tells a lot about the way this company does business and how they honor their own guarantee.
