Review: My son is on a ventilator and he has been since birth.He needs supplies for his ventilator such as breathing tubes ,tracheostomy tubes so on so forth.We were with [redacted] healthcare ,we would order supplies from them , every time we ordered supplies came wrong. We kept calling to reorder then they would say oh the company is joining another so everything is a mess here right now. So I kept calling same excuses. We have not had supplies since August . Now with this Respracare it is even worse. First they could not find him in the computer . I asked for managers so many times I got no one . I had a therapist come over by the name of Ariel who did not know anything about the ventilator. She said give me a week I will be back with supplies and someone else to show me how to use the ventilator, so we said ok mind you this was mid September. So September passed ,October passed now it's November 4. I called so many times asking for Ariel leaving messages, no calls back left messages for any managers to call back no one called back. Now it's November 4 Ariel is supposed to come on November 13 Friday . I feel they are playing games with us . I am very scared for my sons health, no clean tubes for the longest time. Their is plenty more to this story. Please help us! Thank you!Desired Settlement: Hopefully a good one!

Review: I was suppose to get my concentrator (oxygen) transfered from [redacted] transfered and set up at my new address which is [redacted] on 9/30/2014 I waited patiently. Then I my daughter called several times and they told her they where going to get a hold of the [redacted] Maine company and they will call the patient. Heard nothing called back and nothing same old story. What if something happened to me in between. I'm suppose to be on oxygen. This is not a joking matter. I NEED MY OXYGEN. I should get reimbursement for what they charged me $519.00 dollars. Because I have not had the equipment since 9/30/2014 till current. I have COPD had a massive heart attack. They need to either get there stuff together or close the business or learn communication skills between each other. I could of died or had something really bad happen to me. Like I said above I should be reimbursed the $519.00 they charged me plus pain and suffering. Plus I need my equipment. Thanks [redacted] Happy Holidays I am a Vietnam Vet served in 1969 and got an honorable discharge. I am 69 yes of age.Desired Settlement: Want my equipment and $519.99 dollars

[redacted] Submitted script in person for a drive rollator. Upon arrival there was no greeting for at least 5 minutes. Lynette was behind high partition. Kevin's office lights were off. The office to the right had someone in there, but again no acknowledgement. Finally Kara came out of her office (on the left). Kara was proactive. Lynette was lethargic. Kara assured she round call another Supervidor to get the code to order rollator Tuesday 9/29 and it should be in by Friday 10/2, available for pickup, as mine broke. I called to confirm it was in and ready for pickup. They said it was in and that they close at 5pm.
I want in route and traffic was heavy with rain and Friday rush hour, so I called to say I would arrive @ 10 minutes after 5, so can they deliver on Saturday or can I pickup on Saturday. Had to leave a message with answering because the Cromwell office turned over the lines 25 minutes before closing. So then I get a call that the item was never ordered in Tuesday, that this Kevin said he can only order in blue or red not black. It is available in black and its noted on the script. And it's been purchased in black previously.
As a prior medical supply and medical staffing company owner, for the life of me I can't understand how they are still in Business operating like this. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The staff is not properly trained. There is zero follow through. Kevin isn't managing this office competently demonstrated by this experience. The lights are on, but nobodies there to do the business.

Review: Respiratory issues, 3 appointments missed, my equipment is damaged and not calibrated. Having trouble breathing. I had a [redacted] back on February of 2014 which left me partially [redacted]. I now require a CPAP machine in order to normalize my breathing and if I don't have this machine, my breathing can become difficult possibly causing me another [redacted]. My son [redacted] had 2 appointments so far and they have not shown up. I don't have a working machine, nor do I have a working mask. The machine's calibration is off. My face masking is dirty with mold forming in it. The tubing, I had to buy it from someone my son knows who also has this condition. My son called and complained and left a msg a couple of weeks back and still. No one has called or come over. Please help me. I don't know where to go and do!Desired Settlement: I'm seeking medical attention and they should pay for it. it's now been 4 months since I've tried to get them over here and they just don't comply.
