Revdex.com:Company did not respond to my emails, they even emailed me stating they didn't respond.Company did not re ship the item until 4/21 AFTER this claim was opened.Company reshipped the item but was the incorrect insole.They issued us a credit so I'm all set with them.will NEVER do business with them. TERRIBLE CUSTONER SETVICE!

The item was lost in transit so we reship the item for the customer. According to the tracking [redacted], the delivery date is 4/21. We did respond to the buyer and asked would like us to reship or send a refund. He said reship...
so that's what we did.
