In regards to customer *** ***I have enclosed documents for your review*** originally ordered on 12/14/a Large sized Sleeweaver Anew Soft cloth full face mask total cost $The mask he ordered is included in the mask assuranceThe day mask assurance allows a
customer to return a mask (1) time within days for either store credit, or for another mask of equal or lesser valueThis policy is stated online on our websiteThe day mask assurance also only allows a refund of 85% of the original purchaseThis is why *** only paid a 15% price difference for his 2nd mask, which was apart of his original mask assurance guarantee*** was unhappy with the mask and asked for an RMA form to return the large sized mask for a medium size oneHe paid $for the medium size mask

Hi *** I talked to you earlier today concerning my complaintHere is what happened
I had ordered a mini cpap machine from respshopthe only way to see if it worked is to open it up and test itThe setting on the machine was set at 14.5, the same as my machine at home but by no means is the same pressurethis could have serious health issues if its not the same pressureI contacted the company and they told me they were gonna send me an RMA (Return Material Authorization Form) but they never did so I was unable to send it back to themObviously if they did I would have sent it back to them asapThey are claiming that I never got in touch with them but that is falseI have been waiting for a while for the RMAAgain even the highest pressure on the machine is not the same as the one I have at homeIf I were to use their machine it would have dire consequences concerning medical issuesI would like my money back but they said they would accept it and I would only receive 85% back plus I would have to pay for the shipping labelI would like to resolve this issue as soon as possibleOne more thing to add, the customer repthat I talked to when I ordered it told me that the pressure would be the same as my home one which of course is not true otherwise I would have never ordered itThank youComplaint I.D # ***Phone # ***. Our store policy states that there will be a 15% restocking fee if customers decided to return unopened products, and that customers are responsible for shipping cost if he received free shipping when placing his order.
Return policy

Respshop will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued within 2 business days of recipient of the returned package. Shipping costs are not refundable. If the order had free shipping when placed, customers are responsible to cover shipping cost incurred when Respshop.com ships the order to the customers. Please note that any product that has been opened or used can not be returned.

Our 30day mask assurance policy clearly states online that a mask can only be returned once. To resolve this customer complaint. Respshop is willing to credit the customers store account in the amount of $109.65 AFTER sending back the Medium sized mask. He may redeem $109.65 store credit towards any future purchases.
