Two incidents of sabotage to my car: most recent yesterday. I ordered a taillight on Wed. Picked it up y/d. They refused to give me the bolts to so I could secure it to my car, and they shortened the screws. Very dangerous should it fly off my car at 75 mph into the windshield of the driver behind me. I have bolts on it from Napa that are not correct bolts for it per Napa - a very temp fix.

Two years ago, b/c they did not think I was nice to them, they changed my oil but put no oil back in my car. They were to change the air filter but did not. Even though I drastically needed a new water pump, they told me I did not. All the while taking my money for the oil change and air filter. They also knew I was going on a long trip. Very dangerous to the car, to the other people sharing the road with me, and to me and my dog.

Management two years ago, was very disinterested, ineffective (the same employees are still employed who sabotaged my car, and blamed me for the sabotage. They said it was my fault, since the employees felt I had not been nice to them. Since they have not been nice to me, do I get to sabotage their parking log full of new cars. OF COURSE NOT.

I was nice about it two years ago and let it go. This time, I will not be nice about it. I want an immediate replacement of the part. I want full compensation to my debit card for the money that I spent on Saturday. I want employee correction taken. If I do not get this issue resolved to my satisfaction, I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com and consult an attorney. A car not properly serviced or maintained, is a danger to the driver and other people on the road. Enough is Enough.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the money spent that day and a replacement of the part. I want employee correction. I want an apology. As you can see from above, I contacted Toyota District Manager and received no follow through even though I responded that it was alright to contact [redacted]. I have heard nothing. I am very disappointed.

Go in for a simple test drive on a vehicle that I could not ride in...the vehicle is made for someone 5'6" or shorter. That was the first slap in the face, the second...low ball on a trade....$3,000 less than what kelly blue book said...third slap, as a previous customer...they made the decision to run my credit without my authorization. Very crooked behavior. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!! DISHONESTY IS THEIR ONLY POLICY!!!
