Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My case with restaurant Depot is not resolved and I need your help to resolved this once and for all This ordeal is causing me too much stress This business has deceptive business practices I keep calling them to no avail Finally, after I have contacted you, some of my money has been returned but they are still holding on to large sum Here is a break down of costing and what was returned.• Unit cost is $1076.• Shipping cost to my house is $161.86.• So total I paid, including shipping is $1237.86.The unit shipped was not what I ordered It was not what was displayed on their site It cannot be used as is So naturally I asked for their help to resolve but they would not entertain any thing They would not even take calls or return calls when you started to get involved, then they got receptive to receiving the unit back The unit got sent back and now they only returned $of the original $back I tried to contact them to fully understand what is going on but nothing All they told me is their policy is 20% re-stocking fee For one, they did not tell me this until at the time of return Second, 20% re-stocking fee is way too, especially, given I have never used the item so here we are...• To send unit back, they are charging another $161.• Then, there is the 20% re-stocking fee, which comes to $215.20.• This comes to additional $charge for a unit I did not remove from packaging.I need your help to recoup some of this money, at least, the 20% re-stocking fee Please help to resolve this as soon as possible Sincerely, [redacted]

We have issued a credit to the customer for the return, less the freight and re-stocking fees, which is in accordance with our policy, prior responses to this complaint and our discussions and correspondence with the customer

I have submitted my complains regarding restaurant Depo sometimes few months ago. Thank you to Revdex.com to intervene. Restaurant  Restaurant Depo picked up the item on oct **/16. Since then I did not hear from regarding the refund. The total amount paid  by credit card was $1237.86 which includes the shipping fee. Looking forward to hear from you.
