There is truly a human side to the persons complaintFor that I do apoligize and would like nothing more, than an opportunity to right this wrongWe are getting our doors blown off and we are peddling as fast as we canI lose more than $ a week just trying to maintain an unequaled level of quality built trucks, we are working longer hours, and harder than ever keep on our schedule Please advise how I can mend the customers complaint, to make everything alright The Facts: She purchased a used trailer based on our standard condition and warranty, she personally inspected it, approved it, and bought itOther than time delays, which get longer everyday, she as happy ?????? Hi my name is *** ***, I sold couple used bakery and ect equipmentto *** month agowhen the equipment was purchase she saw couple items in my floor at the store and agree to them also other equipment the she didn't see but was told
the need it them to be clean and refurbished to wait for couple days! Equipment was ready to delivered the following weekand she said she was not ready, but also was told on the equipment was sold with warranty means only parts and labor will cover it as isShe saw couple sheet pans and also other racks she agree on themmixer was deliver and acceptedfreezer was a new chest freezer that we replace cause other was brokenanlsocompartment sink was token and she didn't want it cause was really large first we never agree what size she was toldCoffee maker sameshe didn't have the electricity for itI gave her a free sprayer foset sink cost $n/a chargeI don't mine loose money to Refound items but what she is complaining its not true or good for small bussinesI didn't charge her for storange and deliver at the time she was didficult to doo bussinesbut we whant to keep custumer happybut she is only problem what can I doo to clean this mess upXXX XXX-XXXX

I personally picked out all equipment but one display case that was at a different locationI was shown a new sinkgot a used one in bad condition that did not fit my spaceI picked out an under counter freezer, He brought 1st time a tall upright freezer, not what I purchased and there was no communication that this was being sent2nd time a much cheaper sears type chest freezer, much cheaper than the $I paid for the under counter freezerI took photosI bought a Bunn coffee maker he sent tow that, one had to be hard plumbed, the other not good quality and not a BunnHe sent a single door small under counter fridge when I had purchased a two door 48" refrigerator unitI purchased a good condition full set pan speed rack, he sent first a half see pan speed rack, the driver said it adjusted out, it did notThe second one brought had half the pan supports broken offThis is a sample of what went wrongI at this time went to another equipment sales and when I told them I had ordered through the Denver where house, I was told, "Oh man, we are very familiar with them, good luck, you are in trouble." I then went home and did some checking on line and they have horrible star ratings all over the mapSame type of bait and switch or nothing delivered at allIt was only when I texted that I would be contacting my attorney that I got a call within seconds*** has since sent his son with a refund check to cover all that I did not receive or that I refusedI was told not to cash this check until todayI pray that it does not bounceIf it does I will be contacting my attorneyI am NOT an isolated case
