the credit card that was credited is the same one that was used for the initial purchase - a Mastercard with last 4 digits of the card [redacted]. the name that was entered as the card holder has nothing to do with crediting of the actual credit card. see attachment
The Restaurant Equipper does not answer correctly the questions that I asked it,1/ It does not give the documents that were issued by shipping carrier. Although the store claimed that it charged me for the cost that shipped merchandise out of its warehouse to me, it did not show me any tracking number or email to confirm that the merchandise were on transit.2/ The shipment cost is not acceptable.The total order was 480.66 dollars, but the shipping cost was 129.90 dollars for each way. Therefore, my request for the proof of shipping charge is reasonable. The store has to show the charge that it was charged by shipping carrier.3/ Although the store clearly states its policy that "NO HASSLE' GUARANTEE, the store just refunded for me 220.80/480.66 re It should be noted that I called back the store 2 hours later to cancel the order, no one of Restaurant Equipper's representative told me that the merchandise were shipped out. Moreover, the merchandise were still on warehouse floor, then why the store charged me for shipping back?With three reasons above, I completely disagree with the simply reply of Restaurant Equipper.
