This is like every customer complaint you, the Revdex.com, have ever sent to us previously, the customer has the wrong companyI've responded to multiple of these complaints with a similar responseWe, Restaurants.com, do NOT and have NOT sold gift certificates for restaurants Therefore, the customer (Dallas Brown) has identified the wrong company in their complaintThey likely purchased the gift certificates from [redacted] which is a different company from oursIf this is a marketing gimmick, we're not interested in signing up with Revdex.com at this pointIt would be great if you looked in to any of our other responsesWe do not sell any productsWe are a free directory for restaurantsWe do NOT take money from customers, etcthat use our site

The business Restaurant.com contacted me directly and stated firmly how they were not going to refund my moneyThey clearly noted how refunds are not an option and this is noted in there offersBut there is no such information in there offers.Guess I have lost more money dealing with an internet company in the United States of America! More dislike to with careless country and its citizensAt this time, I have been contacted directly by Restaurants.com regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I bought a Groupon that included 2 movie tickets and a $100 e-gift card from Restaurants.com. The movie tickets are fine. The restaurant gift card is a SCAM! They wouldn't specify the terms of the gift card before purchase. No matter where I looked they were vague. They say "use it all at once, or multiple times." Then you buy it...and the truth comes out. You can only buy Coupons with the gift card at Restaurants.com (basically stuff like buy 2 meals get one free). Then they tell you CAN'T use it all at once. Then they tell you you can only use it once a month per restaurant. Then you email them for help and they don't respond. How is this a date night package? A coupon? I called in, and the lady told me they don't do refunds. A DISGUSTING BUSINESS.

Therefore, the customer (Dallas Brown) has identified the wrong company in their complaint. They likely purchased the gift certificates from [redacted] which is a different company from ours. If this is a marketing gimmick, we're not interested in signing up with Revdex.com at this point. It would be great if you looked in to any of our other responses. We do not sell any products. We are a free directory for restaurants. We do NOT take money from customers, etc... that use our site.

I purchased several offers from Restaurnat.com for eateries in the area, and after only some coupons. A couple restaurants were decent, after all either knowing from being or seeing the place. I decided to try ones I did not know, and the last two restaurants I went to made me understand that Restaurant.com does not care about business. One restaurant did not accept Restaurant.com coupons, the owner said that they stopped accepting their coupons a year ago. Mind you I just bought the coupons in December of 2016, the owner of [redacted] told me they stopped accepting coupons over a year ago last February 2017. So why are the coupons still on Restaurant.com web page if they are not being accepted? The offer is still on Restaurant.com even after the owner telling me that he does not do business with Restaurant.com back in Feb of 2017?                 And the service, food and establishment received at [redacted] was a true rip off. Three tables to eat on, plastic cup, plate, fork, spoon and knife.  Amd service that did not care we were there! A coupon I bought for a restaurant up in [redacted] might be labeled an eatery. But had the feel of a local bar with tables. Smoke stench with rude ignorant words filling the air. Not a restaurant as described at Restaurant.com! So automatically this showed me that Restaurant.com does not care about the business it offers. Cause the wording on their website used for offers sold by them is a true lie. With that easily understood a refund is expected. I am not going to allow a company to lie to me about something it does not care about. Restaurant.com made contact through personal email after the complaint to Revdex.com informing me that only a switching of coupons to another restaurant offer can be done. Cause Restaurant.com does not give refunds, and yet nowhere in the wording of the web site does this No Refund show itself. Exchange for another restaurant, but there is nothing about No Refunds! If there was I would not have bothered with Restaurant.com. A No Refund offer so easy to get is something that needs to be questioned before purchase. The service I got from what was paid for to Restaurant.com showed a true rip off. I am not going to use what is left for money I have at Restaurant.com because I want my money back. Dealing a careless group of people willing to make an offer and supply a lie to demands a refund!
