with reference number *** (paperwork included)This order was placed for (1) ***-***, a (3) Door Solid Refrigerator made by *** ***This unit is a Special Order item (takes up to ten weeks to ship) which shipped directly to this customer from our vendor's facility in Texas on June 19th, The unit shipped via *** freight line with Pro #: ***.Included with the purchase is free delivery which does not include any accessorial offerings from the carrier including liftgate, inside delivery or white glove services (RestaurantTory.com/Shipping.asp)We provided both a liftgate and an inside delivery at no additional charge for this particular order, a $value.At the time of delivery on June 25, 2015, the item was brought to the ground from the back of the delivery vehicle by the *** freight driver with a liftgate, packaging was then removed and the refrigerator was brought insideThe Bill of Lading indicates there was no shrink wrap on the product when the delivery was completed - the customer then signed the Bill Of Lading indicating the delivery was made of a product in “Good Order”Signature on this Bill of Lading clearly states that the item delivered was “In Good Order Except As Noted (bottom left) - with nothing noted, delivery was made in good order.Because there was no packaging on the product at the time of delivery, any and all issues that may have been present would have been obvious and, if they existed, should have been noted noted on the Bill of Lading and was signed for in Good Order.On our shipping documentation (RestaurantTory com/Shipping.asp), the following is clearly communicated under our "Procedure to Receive LTL Freight Shipments:" section:If your item ships by common carrier (via tractor trailer on a pallet), please sign for your shipment Only After you have checked to make sure it arrived to you safely and in good conditionLook for any indication of damage or tampering to the packaging of your shipment and make note of it when signing for your, truck drivers are able to wait up to minutes while you break the shrink wrap and inspect individual items for any damageDuring this time, please also make sure the correct amount of pieces were deliveredIf any item is clearly damaged or missing, you MUST do the following: • Note it clearly on the bill of lading before signing (ie - "missing pieces", "holes in packaging", “multiple dents on table", etc)• Keep your copy of the proof of delivery.• Contact us within business day.• Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection.• Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the proof of delivery, we CANNOT assist with any type of compensation for damages.Any and all communication between the customer and the RestaurantTory staff after the item was delivered in good condition, per the Bill of Lading signature, was done on the part of individual employees to do everything they possibly could to assist the customer in any possible wayThis communication was done outside of company policy which clearly states we “CANNOT assist with any type of compensation for damages."Unfortunately, we cannot provide the solution our customer is requestingPer our records, policy and communication, reference # *** was shipped and delivered “In Good Order" per our customers signatureDue to this documentation, we “Cannot assist with any type of compensation for damages."Respectfully,Jared S

On June 18th, 2015 at 5:13pm. [redacted] placed an order with reference number [redacted] (paperwork included). This order was placed for (1) [redacted], a (3) Door Solid Refrigerator made by [redacted]. This unit is a Special Order item (takes up to ten weeks to ship) which shipped directly to this customer from our vendor's facility in Texas on June 19th, 2015. The unit shipped via [redacted] freight line with Pro #: [redacted].
