I purchased a furniture warranty from ***I had a claim and it went thru their contracted insurance called***.*** collected my claim and outsourced to Restauro Group for the repairIt was repaired in Nov 2017, but the tech accidently damaged my hardwood floor with the large piece of equipment he usedI immediately called notice to the damageThe tech came back into town to see itHe assured me he would pay for the damagesI got him a quote and everythingMonth after month he asked for a little more time to get the moneyIt is now about to be July, months since damage, no paymentHe has ignored my calls*** will not stand behind their contracted people and said theirs nothing they can do, nor ***I need to call out this company for not fixing their damageEstimates have it at $minimum as it is deep and in the middle of the room so all the wood has to be pulled up and the pieces replaced
