On 5-8- [redacted] passed away On 5-9-There was a contract done for the purchase of the marker but the line of sentiment was to be decided at the family follow up scheduled on 5-16-2:pm The burial took place on 5-13- The family follow up was on 5-16- and the marker was temporarily ordered on 5-17-waiting for the line of sentiment for final completion of marker to be ordered The line of sentiment was never turned in or received by the family On 8-21- [redacted] called the office in regards to the marker She was told by Christy K [redacted] that we were waiting on the line of sentiment Once we receive the line of sentiment, a colored outline of the headstone was printed out so that they could approve the spelling and dates before the marker was finalized There was an issue with the family because they wanted a period after her middle initial and the government/government match stones do not use periodsThis took the family a couple of weeks to decidedThe order was completed by the marker company on 10-31-(usual making of headstones after family approval is 8-weeks) This one was about weeks to be made The granite company shipped from Minnesota on 11-18-and we received it on 11-23- Do to the time frame on which the marker was received, we do not install marker in the winter due to weather conditions and freezing of the ground We start back up around April 1st (also due to weather condition/ rain and wet) The marker was installed on 4-20- Tom G [redacted] did approve the flower program for year when the marker was installed The marker program is seasons, spring , summer, fall, winter The spring flower were tagged with their name on it and place on 04-21-by myself and Randall P [redacted] (maintenance)
