I wanted to thank *** & *** for offering a unique and much needed service When our yr old boxer passed away at home suddenly in the over night hours we found ourselves at a loss of what to do next Our beloved Fenway was a large boxer at lbs, and she had passed away upstairs and I could not bring myself to help my husband carry her body downstairs - let alone decide what to do next At 4AM I did a *** search, not even sure what I ***d, but I found resting paws cemetery - and here was a service that would arrange to pick up our pets body and take her to be cremated I emailed them around 4:30AM and received a response by 6:asking me to call them and by 8:they had taken Fenway away We received her ashes back the next day in a lovely hand crafted box I want to thank them for being so kind, considerate and available

I brought my cat *** to Resting Paws on November 8th, to be creamated after she passed away at home.It was very emotional for me and *** made me feel instantly welcomeI laid *** in a basket and *** hugged me and held me even though she had just met meShe listened to me talk as long as I needed to.Such compassion and understanding is hard to findI left knowing that *** was in good hands and would be cremated in the most humane and loving mannerI highly recommend Resting Paws for anyone who loses their beloved animal***

Grateful to have found Resting Paws in a [redacted] search after one of our three kitties passed one morning in March, and initial calls to vet clinics and mobile services were frustrating and upsetting. [redacted] was calm and caring on the phone, giving me clear advice on what to do for the rest of the day while I waited for my husband to get home and say his goodbyes, and then she arrived exactly when she said she would, took great care with the handling, and had the ashes ready for us the very next afternoon. When a second of our girls passed only two months later, it was a no-brainer to call them again. I dealt mainly with [redacted] this time, and he's lovely too, able to come just an hour after my call. Losing fur babies is heart breaking and traumatizing, but Resting Paws helps ease and honor their passing, for which we are hugely grateful.

Our beloved Cocker Spaniel whose name was [redacted] passed away suddenly at the age of 15. As this happened over the Thanksgiving weekend, we had no idea what to do or whom to turn to. Our daughter in law suggested calling Resting Paws right away and so we did. We were surprised they answered the phone immediately and were very compassionate towards our loss and very helpful. They suggested bringing [redacted] to them right away so they could look after him until the service on Wednesday. On Wednesday we received a very nice package with some very well timed literature that I still feel very appreciative towards. [redacted] now sits in a beautiful urn on our fireplace mantel where we feel that he is still with us. None of this would have possible if not for the outstanding professionalism and compassion that we received form Resting Paws.

Following the death of our beloved little dog [redacted], we contacted Resting Paws to take care of the final arrangements.

I contacted Resting Paws on New Year's Day, after our Golden passed away in her sleep. It was a shock and being a holiday we did not quite know what to do. I found Resting Paws online and called, not knowing if anyone would answer. [redacted] was there and helped me work through the next steps. He was very supportive and empathetic and we made arrangements for the cremation to be done later in the week. [redacted] and [redacted] made the experience as positive as possible under the circumstances. Kudos for providing a much-needed service.

I recently had to say goodbye to my pet and I used Resting Paws for the aftercare. I could not have been more pleased with the service. [redacted] and [redacted] are to be commended for their compassion, professionalism and love of animals. At all times throughout the process I was treated kindly and my pet's body was treated with love and respect - something that was important to me. They were forthcoming with information and allowed me to attend the cremation. [redacted] and I took a walk through the cemetery and he was able to tell me a bit about every animal buried there. This brought some peace to my grief and also illustrated the love and dedication they put into their work. I wish I'd known about Resting Paws for my other animal friends.
