[redacted] ID# [redacted] Restland's response to Correspondence ID# [redacted] As per our previous response the purchase by the Contract Holders was, and is, being handled in a timely fashion according to industry standards and guidelines by the manufacturers as explained to our Families at time of purchase.When the Purchaser paid for their memorial (6/13/16) he chose a design to be sent to the manufacturer (6/14/16)The manufacturer ordered a particular block for the memorial paid by Restland upon providing the proof (7/18/16).When Restland received the proof the Purchaser was contacted to sign off their final approval (mailed proof 7/23/and 8/2/and emailed 8/10/with no response from Cardholder) in order to put into productionPlease refer to Restland first response (attached) to see that these procedures were met.It was, and is, our sincere desire to provide our Purchaser with their merchandise upon their final approval of the Proof that has not been returned to RestlandAttached please find Restland's first response to dispute and complete copy of contract.Thank you,Mark *L [redacted] , Sr., Owner
