Restlawn Memorial Park

If anyone has had problems with items being taken off of graves check the wooden garbage bin behind their maintenance building. I went there last weekend and it was packed with flowers, solar lights and other items (some personal) from Memorial Day. Last year I had found an item in this bin which I had placed on my Dad's grave. I put this on there to honor him and their workers threw it in the garbage as if it were nothing. I checked their rules and nothing states that I couldn't put it there. Plus, it was taken off way before October when everything had to be removed per their rules. Do they not understand that people put items on graves out of love and respect? To throw them away is very disrespectful to both the family and the deceased. The most upsetting thing about this is that I have taken at least ten American flags out of the bin to dispose of properly. I'd think that being a cemetery that has an area dedicated to the military they would know that the American flag doesn't get tossed in the garbage. This is a disgrace to everyone that has loved ones buried there.
