This business is very undependable never received statements when promised and never received any of my money either I was doing a pre paid funeral plan I thought I could trust the main person running this business At first the business said they would give half of my money back but then close to the end of the conversation the business said NO It was close to this business got from me and I am on a fixed incomeAll I wanted to use the money for is towards a new funeral planI have prayed ever since this has happened that she would do the right thingI though I could trust the main person running this person because I meet her church

This business is very undependable never received statements when promised and never received any of my money either. I was doing a pre paid funeral plan I thought I could trust the main person running this business . At first the business said they would give half of my money back but then close to the end of the conversation the business said NO. It was close to 600.00 this business got from me and I am on a fixed income. All I wanted to use the money for is towards a new funeral plan. I have prayed ever since this has happened that she would do the right thing. I though I could trust the main person running this person because I meet her church.

Stay away from this business. [redacted] is the owner of this business. There has been charges against her in Bowling Green. This is not the only cemetery she has ran. She also had another one in Maryland. The problems I had is she would make appointments with my mother and I and she would show up two or three hours late. She was never on time. She even canceled a appointment with us one time. We would hardly ever get any statements from her. She even tells people she is going to build this or that or get this and that and it never happens. She seems like a dreamer. We thought we could trust her since we met her at a church we are going to at the time. It seems ungodly to do business like that in a church. Jesus didn't promote selling in the temple. It was promoted in church like it was free burial or cremation plots. Then when my mom talked to her we had to buy a plan. We did a payment plan that total almost $5500.00 with the products we purchased. The cremation wasn't included in the plan. It seemed odd to me. We was never late on our payments. We decided we had enough and stopped paying her. Her interest rates are higher too. The new cemetery is 2.9% and hers was 7% it seemed high to be honest. She only gives people up to ten years to pay off there plan and the other place gives you three, five, ten, or twenty years to pay it off. They gave us so many options where she never did. So basically we are out of $570.00 and we can't get it back but it beats being out of almost $5,500.00. We tried to get our money back and we even threatened to contact the Revdex.com and The Kentucky General. She sent us statements dated for that day when we threatened to contact them but it wasn't postmarked until two days later. I think she was trying to cover her butt. If you are don't wait two days for it to be postmarked. The lady was down right ugly with my mother and I didn't like that one bit. My suggestion go somewhere else that is reputable. This lady is very unprofessional. Go to a real professional that is reputable.
