We moved into the Kings Deer area at the end of To our surprise Falcon Broadband was the ONLY internet service provider in our entire neighborhoodI have lived and paid for high speed internet in Colorado Springs for the past years but nothing could have prepared me for Falcon BroadbandUpon requesting information on their services I learned that their prices were times that of Century Link high speed internet for only half the speedAs an example, we were paying $25/month for Century Link's 40meg high speed internetWith Falcon Broadband we now pay $94/month for 20meg DSLSince they are the only provider, we have had no choice but to go with them and have regretted that decision ever sinceLet me first preface this next part with this...I work from home most of the time and am dependent on reliable internetWe have not had reliable internet since moving inFalcon Broadband has been to our home times now, the last times we were told by the company that the reason for all the mistakes was because the gentleman they kept sending was unqualified and inexperience so he didn't know how to properly configure our router because it was constantly in "Bridge Mode"Obviously I was alarmed by that comment but they assured me that their "Best" technician was coming out to fix everythingIt has been less than a week now and still our internet, without warning, crashes for minutes at a time throughout the day and I have consistently only received 4.19meg download speed throughout the day, when I pay for times thatThey have monopolized their position in Kings Deer and have exploited the people here with outrageous prices and services that NEVER meet our contractual agreement or what we have signed up forAs a kicker to the whole thing, their hours of operation are only Monday - Friday 8-with an "Emergency" contact number that is OUT OF SERVICE! The only positive thing I can say about them is the people over the phone are nice but their company is dishonest and exploitative

I have been a Falcon Broadband customer for years but recently received exceptional service After experiencing minor but annoying issues with TV and phone service, I called for help and on-site service was scheduled for the next dayGeorge, the Tech, was customer service focused, he listened to my issues and ended up replacing the fiber control unit on the side of the house He then went above and beyond by identifying a home wiring issue that had gone unnoticed for years I really appreciated the fast response and attention to detail with George's work TV, phone, and internet are all working well at this time

I have been using Falcon Broadbands fiber optic internet for almost years It has been exceptionally reliable and fast I had some latency issues in Feb I called and spoke with Jordan in their tech support area He was very courteous and worked hard to resolve the issue in a timely matter

Excellent Customer Service and a "hometown" company is the perfect combination Supporting local business is high on our priority list and Falcon Broadband does not disappoint Their customer service is second to none They take all the time you need to set up your system or troubleshoot any problems you might encounter It's so nice to call a company and hear a real person Not only that, but we've been with Falcon Broadband for more than a decade and we can still count on many of the same representatives greeting us All in all, we couldn't be happier with the customer service, the quality of the product and the fair price We highly recommend them

Falcon Broadband is antiquated and extremely expensive. What would one expect from what one might consider a Monopoly?
I live in a rural area with only two options. Option one... will be to go without the internet. Option two... is to try a satellite internet provider.
If you have another provider in your area I highly suggest that you use them.
I have been an enslaved customer for six years. My monthly fees are around $140 for the internet. Someone, please set me free and tell me of a good satellite internet provider.
The internet service is extremely slow. Falcon's solution is to charge a lot more money for a little more speed. It's too slow for $140/month.

Upon requesting information on their services I learned that their prices were 5 times that of Century Link high speed internet for only half the speed. As an example, we were paying $25/month for Century Link's 40meg high speed internet. With Falcon Broadband we now pay $94/month for 20meg DSL. Since they are the only provider, we have had no choice but to go with them and have regretted that decision ever since. Let me first preface this next part with this...I work from home most of the time and am dependent on reliable internet. We have not had reliable internet since moving in. Falcon Broadband has been to our home 5 times now, the last 4 times we were told by the company that the reason for all the mistakes was because the gentleman they kept sending was unqualified and inexperience so he didn't know how to properly configure our router because it was constantly in "Bridge Mode". I know I'm probably one of the biggest pains in the [redacted] these guys deal with when service goes wrong, so for that reason, I just wanted to say thank you. Service has been excellent ever since we upgraded to a larger data package. While I'm still not convinced that the 10 MBPS connection was the entire problem (the time stamp I was given when I was told that I was using my entire data allowance indicated that the only open network activity inbound or outbound from my end was to a wikipedia page), service has lately (over the last 6 or so months) been above and beyond what could be expected of an ISP.
