While I have taken my clothes to this cleaners for at least two years, I refuse to do so any further and tell others not to do so as well On numerous occasions I have had to take back things to be cleaned a second time, which they did without cost But three weeks ago, I took a shirt that they had cleaned all summer It was black and white But when they returned it, it was melon and khaki I immediately brought it back, because they did not disclose They tried to give me $40, but I had paid $for the shirt I have been there numerous time and contacted them by phone numerous times The owner would not return the call, hoping I would go away Today, knowing the owner was there, I had called and was again assured he would call, which he didn't, so I went there I informed him had he been respectful and handled this matter when it happened, I wouldn't be there today He tried to disrespect me further by implying my garment was cheap....talbots is not cheap He ultimately paid me for the shirt, to shut me up I was not trying to make a scene, I merely wanted the situation rectified
We normally have a great experience but sadly I have to complain Oct we had requested differ dates for car service for clients visiting our area What a disappointment to learn the reservation did not exist and our guest were without transportation The lady who took the reservation typed all the information in the computer along with a credit card information to charge Not sure what happened other than the embarresment for our company and little crediabilty for F & L car service I HIGHLY recommend following up with your reservation the morning of booked date and get a name of the driver with a credible contact number
