I called the provided phone number and was told the national Restonic web site is not working to get their warranty claims to them. They are going to e-mail their form to me. Mr. [redacted], I am very sorry to hear that there was an issue. The information presented to our company showed only an inch in the photos. Foam softens over time as well as anything less than an inch and half is a normal. Our warranty information goes out with every bed as it gets...

Noelle who is our warranty rep stated that she asked if there was still an impression if the bed was removed from the boxes? We didn't hear back on this but if there is still an impression if you could please get back to her we may be able to do a repair at our facility in Newberg, OR. We usually do not warranty a mattress only unless it is on a solid platform foundation or adjustable bases. We were also informed that the base the bed is on is not ours which does usually void a warranty, however we would like to see what can be taken care of for based on your response about the information requested. Please get back to Noelle at [redacted] and we will see what else can be done. Thank you.
