Review: We had this company come out and give us an estimate on building a deck. He said he would bring by the options in colors for the deck in a few days. Two weeks went by and we started to call to see why we hadn't heard anything. We'd either get a voice mail or the line would say the number you have dial or code is not a working. When he would finally would get him on the phone, he would promise to come by, but never would. We have talked to him and his co-worker several times and always the same "promise" but never honored. We finally said we do not want him working on our deck and would like a full refund. Last contact with him was last Friday, September 26th when he said he would stop by with our refund. Still has not showed up and this is the end of Tuesday, September 30th. We are very disappointed that he would take advantage of us like this and we will be asking for a full refund of $2700. Please do not do business with this company! They are not trustworthy and have no integrity when taking your money! My wife and I are in our 90's and have a hard time believing people can take advantage of you like this.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of $2700

Review: I was scammed by this company and I cannot believe that they are still in business considering the way we were treated as customers. We allowed [redacted] into our home while we weren't home and they took advantage of us. A project that we were told would take 1.5 weeks took over 30 days at which point we changed the locks as they hadn't worked on our house in a week leaving everything a mess while they weren't working. Not only did they barely make progress, but they ate and drank our drinks and food from our cupboards and refrigerator without permission. [redacted] also borrowed $20 for "gas money" which we reluctantly gave him after he refused to leave until we went to an ATM which was never returned. Our contract states that we pay $2,000 up front and the remainder upon completion of the project. Within four days he asked for an advance of a portion of the final payment in the amount of $1,300 so we are now out $3,300 with only a small portion of the work completed.Desired Settlement: We are asking for a full refund in the amount of $3,300.
