Communication was provided to the customer throughout the entire project and billing processWe filed a lien to protect our interest in the property after a questionable conversation with the customer and the fact we have days from the work being completed in the state of Ohio to file and secureThis is the process and we have only this tool to protect our bottom lineThis is unfortunately how this industry is structuredThis is a billing issueI also already updated the customer on the total and the fact we also charge for the lien which is a cost we pass on to our customersThe invoice totals are accurate
Because full work was not completed nor was contract fully signed and they proceeded, Restorationattempted to contact a collection agency and to attempt to place a lien also on property also without even waiting to days to proceed which is written on their work order (attached)They verbally told us the task and only did one half Regards, [redacted] ***

This complaint has been resolved satisfactorily with Restoration1. Pleasenote and close. Thanks
I got an updated invoice for a different amount than is on the lien. They did not communicate or bill me at all. All of the communication about billing was to [redacted] and not to me.
