Roland and Steve were great to work with! They were very professional and worked extremely well with my insruance company to negotiate the repair work to our house The work was done quickly and they did a fantastic job! The house looks great and I would definitley recommend them to others

Restoration Dr did a great job from start to endThey were with us every step of the way with our insurance adjuster to make sure that we got everything covered that we should based on the damageThey were always communicating with us for updates and next steps
We could not be more happy with the work that they did on our house and will continue to use them in the future for anything else that we need

I am rejecting this response because:It is my understanding that from my conversations with [redacted] Company, Restoration Doctor's lawyer has withdrawn representation of this client. So, the negotiations between Restoration Doctor and [redacted] Company have fallen apart. Also, Restoration Doctor states that "if they cannot come to an agreement" with [redacted] Company, Restoration Doctor "will  file a Chapter 11 on the business and it will be removed". What will be removed? Our lien? We do not believe this is the case so we do not find this response acceptable. Because we have paid Restoration Doctor in full, Restoration Doctor needs to PAY [redacted] Company IN FULL.

Great Place. They knew their stuff. Negotiated the claim. Got me a new roof and siding.... Clean workers. They roofed in one day. Siding took 3 days! They waited till the job was completed to collect payment. I never felt pressured in to it! Outstanding service.

Roland and Restoration Doctor and their team were excellent. They fixed my home in a timely fashion after hail damage with a huge storm we had in the North Aurora, IL area and what was key for us is my daughter was just born and had very little time to work on my home let alone work through [redacted] about our insurance claims. Roland and his team helped with the entire process and our home was done to perfection for what we were allowed to fix in the hail storm. Thank you!!! I would recommend him to anyone and if you need to ask for help or assistance you can email me at [redacted]@yahoo.com and I can answer any questions on recommending them in the future to you or your family! I did recommend several neighbors, those that didn't use him weren't satisfied and those that did were very happy!

We had our entire house redone following a hail storm (roof, gutters, shingles, shed), and Roland [redacted] and team did a fantastic job. Extremely responsive to questions, willing to discuss options and offer advice, and quality work! For anyone interested, I highly recommend the team!

No it hasn't.... They will have lien release very shortly. I believe Richards has written and mailed them today!! Again sorry for the aggravation.

Based on my experience working with Restoration Dr. and my other two neighbors’ experience, who are also the victims of Restoration Dr., I cannot trust Restoration Dr....

unless they actually pay [redacted] Building Supply Co. the material fee and any lien interest/cost and [redacted] Building Supply Co. removes the mechanical lien from my property.

Restoration Doctors knocked at our door indicating our roof had damage and they could submit a claim to the insurance company to get it replaced. [redacted] ([redacted]) did approve the roof replacement. [redacted] did send us a partial amount prior to work being done. The roofers rep (Tony) came out, we selected our roof color and gave Tony the partial check we had received. Tony said that they would handle the rest of the billing. The roof was installed a few weeks later. We were then told by Tony, that he would return once the job was completed to do a final walk thru. This was never completed.
My husband then received a call from the owner of Restoration Doctor accusing us of cashing the check from [redacted] and pocketing the money. The owner stated he had called [redacted] and he was told the check was cashed by us. We then called [redacted] to find out what was happening. [redacted] informed us that a check was issued but did not show cashed, so possibly lost in the mail. A stop payment was done on the original check and a new check reissued directly to us. As soon as we received the new check (within 5 days), we called Restoration Doctors to inform them and to pay them. We got the address and sent the check immediately.
Please also keep in mind, we had not once received a billing statement from Restoration Doctors.
With this experience, my husband posted a google review. Then shortly after, the owner of Restoration Doctor responded. However, his response was inaccurate, false, and accusing me of racial remarks.
I since have responded on to [redacted] review with my comments about this horrible experience.
