Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Based on my experience working with Restoration Drand my other two neighbors’ experience, who are also the victims of Restoration Dr., I cannot trust Restoration Dr unless they actually pay [redacted] Building Supply Cothe material fee and any lien interest/cost and [redacted] Building Supply Coremoves the mechanical lien from my property Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We understand the issue!! We are currently negotiating the debt with [redacted] ! If we can't come to an agreement there will be a Chapter filed on the business and it will be removed then! We again Apologize for the added frustrationI can assure you after years of business this is extremely embarrassing! I'd like to defend the actions but I can not do that do to the sensitivity of my case!! But when I can explain I will and I'm doing everything in y power to get this resolved asap!!

Restoration Doctors knocked at our door indicating our roof had damage and they could submit a claim to the insurance company to get it replaced [redacted] (***) did approve the roof replacement [redacted] did send us a partial amount prior to work being doneThe roofers rep (Tony) came out, we selected our roof color and gave Tony the partial check we had receivedTony said that they would handle the rest of the billingThe roof was installed a few weeks laterWe were then told by Tony, that he would return once the job was completed to do a final walk thruThis was never completedMy husband then received a call from the owner of Restoration Doctor accusing us of cashing the check from [redacted] and pocketing the moneyThe owner stated he had called [redacted] and he was told the check was cashed by usWe then called [redacted] to find out what was happening [redacted] informed us that a check was issued but did not show cashed, so possibly lost in the mailA stop payment was done on the original check and a new check reissued directly to usAs soon as we received the new check (within days), we called Restoration Doctors to inform them and to pay themWe got the address and sent the check immediatelyPlease also keep in mind, we had not once received a billing statement from Restoration DoctorsWith this experience, my husband posted a google reviewThen shortly after, the owner of Restoration Doctor respondedHowever, his response was inaccurate, false, and accusing me of racial remarksI since have responded on to [redacted] review with my comments about this horrible experience

Hello, We are aware of the issueIt's embarrassing that it has gotten to this pointWe never intended in hurting any of our customersWe had an agreed on credit terms and plan with that supplier and without any warnings they pulled back on our credit termsWe hope to have all of it resolved very shortlyMy goal is to days this all depends on how well the supplier works with usWe fired them in the dispute of pricing accuracy and correct credit terms and we want to resolve it in a fast mannerI'll re-update as soon as our lawyer has an update for us

Roland and Restoration Doctor and their team were excellent They fixed my home in a timely fashion after hail damage with a huge storm we had in the North Aurora, IL area and what was key for us is my daughter was just born and had very little time to work on my home let alone work through [redacted] about our insurance claims Roland and his team helped with the entire process and our home was done to perfection for what we were allowed to fix in the hail storm Thank you!!! I would recommend him to anyone and if you need to ask for help or assistance you can email me at [redacted] @yahoo.com and I can answer any questions on recommending them in the future to you or your family! I did recommend several neighbors, those that didn't use him weren't satisfied and those that did were very happy!

We had our entire house redone following a hail storm (roof, gutters, shingles, shed), and Roland [redacted] and team did a fantastic job Extremely responsive to questions, willing to discuss options and offer advice, and quality work! For anyone interested, I highly recommend the team!

No it hasn't.... They will have lien release very shortly. I believe Richards has written and mailed them today!! Again sorry for the aggravation.
