I keep repeating myself over and over, and I don't know why When I hired I wanted the laundry room on a separate invoice, so I can show the Person upstairs that all the work was performed on her overflow washing machine, then send I her the bill does not get this simple task, and I don't think they ever will I am rejecting their offer, again as I have said I will always do You can not kiss and make up when one of their employees threatens me in my own home Are they serious? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This is a follow up to the previous complaint regarding a matter in my Laundry roomI had asked for an invoice about my laundry room repair work, but the Company that did the repairs said "no work had been performed" This issue was noted back a few months ago with the Revdex.com The company also said "there was no charge for the services rendered with in the laundry room"The issues here are not the guest bedroom that was fixed by Restoration, but the laundry which is right next door to the Guest BedroomWhile removing and replacing the drywall within the laundry room, had to hit a water pipe within my walls, and now I am being asked to pay for damages the nail had caused to our lower unitIt comes to about $Now I see a reason why there was no mention about the repairs on the receipt due to the nail in a pipeThis is not rightI should not have to pay for the damages due to a nail cause by RestorationI have a bill from restoration alone of $This does not have any merit to blame us for any money because we did not even work on the laundry roomRestoration did all the repairs Regards, [redacted] ***
