I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They did not offer anything, and still don't understand that THEIR employee told me it was ok, the TIME was ok, the ORIGINAL PACKAGE was ok not to have anymoreNot sure what kind of operation they run, where an employee can say whatever they like, when they will NOT stand behind it

Customer called requesting a refund on parts purchased over months old our policy's for returns being days oldEven with that we refunded the customer for parts that we resealable in box The parts he tried to return out of box had no part number or marks on the part it self indicating
what they were of for and whom they came from, which will not allow us to resale them not knowing what we are reselling or returning.We would have accommodated if we could so we instead offered him to keep them and for future purchasse we would sell to him at cost to get his investment back and he declinedSorry we cant do more but we cant back if we cant verify what they are like springs
